• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and development standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams for seamless execution
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance

🎯 Required Skills
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API

• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
