We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the sales team through accurate reporting, data analysis, and sales tracking.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily stock and sales reports
• Prepare Target vs Achievement and performance reports
• Create and manage consolidated MIS dashboards and sales reports
• Support Sales Executives and Regional Heads with data and reporting requirements
• Handle monthly employee incentive reports
• Manage sales tracking through Salesforce Automation tools
• Process and track distributor claims
• Coordinate across teams while handling multiple tasks efficiently
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in MIS / Sales Coordination / Reporting roles
• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel
• Hands-on experience with:
– Power Query (Mandatory)
– Excel Charts & Dashboards
– Data consolidation and reporting
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Good communication and responsiveness
