Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – HR Payroll

We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth employee experience.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly cycles)
• Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs like attendance, leave, incentives, and reimbursements
• Validate and reconcile data across HRMS and finance systems
• Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, income tax, etc.)
• Support payroll audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with finance for payroll funding and reconciliations
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits
• Generate payroll MIS reports and provide insights
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of payroll experience in mid to large organizations
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll tools (Zoho preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred

• Experience in payroll automation and process improvement
• Knowledge of income tax calculations and Form 16 generation
