We are looking for high-performing sales professionals who can independently drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.


πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

β€’ Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts
β€’ Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and margins
β€’ Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified accounts
β€’ Maintain healthy receivables and ensure cash flow discipline
β€’ Conduct regular client meetings and market visits (field-driven role)
β€’ Track competitor activities and market trends
β€’ Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
β€’ Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition to operations
β€’ Maintain accurate MIS reports and participate in sales reviews
β€’ Handle client feedback and resolve concerns proactively


🎯 What We’re Looking For

β€’ Proven experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales
β€’ Strong hunting mindset with ability to close deals independently
β€’ Experience in managing key accounts and driving retention
β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
β€’ Data-driven approach with focus on margins and profitability
β€’ Comfortable with field sales and client interactions
