We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Engineer with strong expertise in automotive infotainment systems, debugging, and root cause analysis to drive global validation projects.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead root cause analysis for complex infotainment and connectivity issues
• Debug and analyze logs, protocol traces, and system-level data
• Work on Bluetooth, Android Auto, and CarPlay integrations
• Identify issues across firmware, middleware, apps, and hardware layers
• Design test cases, automation, and regression strategies
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
• Mentor teams and improve debugging and validation practices
• Support certification and compliance programs
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years of experience in automotive infotainment / embedded systems
• Strong expertise in Android debugging (ADB, logcat, system traces)
• Deep understanding of Bluetooth protocols (HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, BLE)
• Experience with Android Auto, Automotive OS, and Apple CarPlay
• Hands-on with protocol analysis tools (Wireshark, sniffers, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
⭐ Preferred
• Experience with embedded Linux / IVI systems
• Exposure to automotive communication protocols
• Leadership experience in managing or mentoring teams
