We are looking for high-performing sales professionals who can independently drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts
β’ Achieve sales targets in terms of revenue, volume, and margins
β’ Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified accounts
β’ Maintain healthy receivables and ensure cash flow discipline
β’ Conduct regular client meetings and market visits (field-driven role)
β’ Track competitor activities and market trends
β’ Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
β’ Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition to operations
β’ Maintain accurate MIS reports and participate in sales reviews
β’ Handle client feedback and resolve concerns proactively
π― What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales
β’ Strong hunting mindset with ability to close deals independently
β’ Experience in managing key accounts and driving retention
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
β’ Data-driven approach with focus on margins and profitability
β’ Comfortable with field sales and client interactions
