• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Strong practical knowledge of Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping operations
• Experience with hotel reservation and property management systems such as Fidelio / Opera
• Ability to deliver practical, interactive, and industry-oriented training
• Strong communication and presentation skills
