• Extensive experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment
• Strong exposure to lateral hiring, particularly for Sales and support functions
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and driving hiring targets
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines across multiple functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with HODs and hiring managers
• Experience in recruitment vendor management and external hiring partnerships
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, recruitment planning, and market mapping
