What we’re looking for :
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Administration
- MBA in HR or a related specialization preferred
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience with sourcing, resume screening, candidate assessment, and interview coordination
- Strong candidate follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
- Basic understanding of onboarding and employee documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
