What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering, Fire Technology, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in fire and safety management.
- Experience in commercial facilities, entertainment venues, hospitality, retail, malls, or other high-footfall environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, emergency preparedness, and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience leading safety audits, inspections, and emergency response initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
What You’ll Bring :
- Sound knowledge of fire safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Ability to identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance management skills.
- Experience conducting safety training and emergency drills.
- Confidence in coordinating with regulatory authorities and emergency services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
