What We’re Looking For :
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Corporate Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates across multiple functions and experience levels.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and modern recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of talent mapping, market research, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of employer branding, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data and hiring metrics.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
