We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical with strong expertise in construction machinery, plant maintenance, and heavy equipment operations for high-rise building projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage setup of machinery and equipment for construction activities
• Supervise erection and commissioning of batching plants and tower cranes
• Handle maintenance and operations of heavy construction machinery and equipment
• Monitor servicing, overhauling, calibration, and performance analysis of machines
• Ensure optimum utilization of plant and machinery resources across project sites
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and technical teams for smooth execution
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and statutory regulations
• Prepare MIS reports, cost analysis, and machinery performance reports
• Manage issues related to construction equipment and day-to-day site operations
• Ensure adherence to quality specifications and operational efficiency
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong experience in construction plant & machinery management
• Expertise in handling equipment such as Tower Cranes, Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, DG Sets, Passenger Lifts, Builder Hoists, Transit Mixers, and related machinery
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, servicing, and operational safety standards
• Good understanding of construction site operations and machinery planning
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
🎓 Qualification
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• M.Tech preferred

• Experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects
• Exposure to latest construction equipment technologies and operational systems
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site operations effectively
