This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic execution experience across AI/ML programs.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and Computer Vision projects from problem definition to production deployment
• Drive development of advanced Computer Vision models including detection, segmentation, and classification
• Oversee data strategy, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture, MLOps, and infrastructure planning
• Ensure scalability, governance, reproducibility, and compliance across AI systems
• Optimize model inference across cloud and edge environments
• Implement robust monitoring frameworks and model performance tracking
• Manage project timelines, delivery risks, ROI expectations, and stakeholder communication
• Mentor AI/ML teams and foster innovation-driven development culture
• Align technical execution with business objectives and strategic priorities
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision technologies
• Experience with object detection, image segmentation, classification models, and vision-based AI systems
• Hands-on exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and scalable AI infrastructure
• Strong understanding of cloud, edge AI, data pipelines, and automation workflows
• Experience leading enterprise or industrial AI initiatives
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Preferred Profile
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with significant exposure to Computer Vision projects
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or large-scale enterprise AI solutions preferred
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI systems with measurable outcomes
