We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head – Purchase with strong expertise in procurement operations, vendor management, and SAP-driven purchasing processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage end-to-end procurement operations
• Handle sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines
• Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning and inventory management
• Maintain purchase documentation and records in SAP
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or purchase operations
• Prior experience in the Food Industry / FMCG sector preferred
• Strong working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities
• Good leadership and communication skills
