We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head – EDP (SAP) to lead SAP operations, system management, and IT support functions while ensuring seamless business process integration.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage overall SAP and IT operations across departments
• Monitor SAP system performance, maintenance, and upgrades
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP with business functions
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical resolutions
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and system controls
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants for system enhancements
• Lead and guide the IT/EDP team for efficient operations
• Support process improvement and system optimization initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in SAP and EDP/IT operations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP implementations and support
• Good understanding of business process integration
