We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Noida and Ghaziabad.
This role requires a strong leader with deep local market knowledge, strong channel networks, and expertise in closing high-value deals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🤝 Channel Partner Management
– Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants
– Drive sales through channel alliances and partnerships
– Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and partner engagement activities
– Ensure consistent business flow through relationship strengthening
📈 Sales & Revenue Growth
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Manage the complete sales lifecycle (lead to closure)
– Identify new business opportunities through networking and market outreach
– Track market trends and competitor activities
🏡 Client Engagement & Relationship Management
– Engage with buyers and investors to understand requirements
– Deliver project presentations, site visits, and negotiations
– Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support
– Build long-term relationships and referral networks
🔄 Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams
– Share market insights and sales feedback with leadership
– Ensure seamless coordination for deal closures and execution
🎯 Key Requirements
– 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales
– Strong exposure to channel sales and direct sales
– Proven track record of target achievement and deal closures
– Strong network of brokers and channel partners in Noida & Ghaziabad
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
