We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to manage and grow modern trade business across national and regional retail chains.
This role involves driving revenue, strengthening retail partnerships, ensuring product visibility, and executing in-store excellence.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📈 Key Account Management & Growth
– Manage national & regional modern trade accounts
– Drive business development and revenue growth
– Build strong relationships with buyers and retail stakeholders
🚀 Product Listing & Availability
– Drive new product listings (NPD) across key accounts
– Ensure availability and visibility of product portfolio across stores
– Maintain optimal stock levels (15–20 days) with distributors
🎯 Sales & Target Achievement
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Execute sales plans and promotional activities
– Monitor and improve store-level performance
🏪 In-Store Execution
– Manage in-store promoters and merchandisers
– Ensure high-quality execution and visibility standards
– Drive sales through strong on-ground presence
📊 Reporting & Coordination
– Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reviews
– Follow PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) & beat plans
– Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and third-party teams
🎯 Key Requirements
– 2–8 years of experience in FMCG sales (Modern Trade)
– Strong exposure to modern retail chains and store operations
– Experience in handling regional chains and large format stores
– Proven track record in key account management and relationship building
– Understanding of category management and retail execution
