We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive inside sales across APAC markets.
This role involves end-to-end sales ownership — from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and deal closure — with a strong focus on SaaS and technology solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🎯 Sales & Revenue Generation
– Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting and networking
– Own the complete sales cycle – lead generation to deal closure
– Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals
💡 Solution Selling
– Understand customer requirements and position relevant SaaS solutions
– Deliver product demos and solution presentations
– Articulate technical features, benefits, and use cases effectively
📊 Pipeline & Forecasting
– Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using structured methodologies
– Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates
– Track opportunities across different stages of the sales funnel
🤝 Customer Engagement
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships across APAC markets
– Handle objections, negotiations, and commercial discussions
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
📑 Proposals & Documentation
– Create proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
– Support tendering processes and commercial agreements
– Manage order closure, documentation, and handover
📚 Product & Market Knowledge
– Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competition
– Advise customers on technology adoption and upgrades
– Participate in training programs and knowledge sessions
🎯 Key Requirements
– 7+ years of experience in sales / inside sales
– 4–5 years of experience in SaaS / technology sales
– Strong experience in outbound sales and pipeline building
– Exposure to APAC markets and international clients
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
