Regional Sales Manager – (Enterprise Tech / SaaS)

📍 Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore (Regional Role)

💼 Experience: 7–12 Years

🎓 Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

💼 Revenue & Business Growth

– Drive regional revenue across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & nearby markets

– Own and close enterprise deals independently

– Consistently achieve ₹3–5 Cr annual targets

🎯 New Business Acquisition (Hunting)

– Identify and close opportunities across Healthcare, Fintech & D2C sectors

– Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure

– Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, PoCs & pilots

🤝 Account Management (Farming)

– Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies

– Ensure long-term customer retention and value creation

– Maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders

🧠 Solution Selling

– Drive complex solution sales involving integrations and PoCs

– Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Marketing & Operations leaders

– Participate in technical discussions and solution positioning

👥 Team Building & Leadership

– Hire, onboard, and manage a team of 2–4 sales professionals

– Mentor and drive performance to achieve regional goals

– Collaborate with inside sales teams for lead generation support

📊 Planning & Forecasting

– Build and execute regional sales strategy and territory plans

– Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene

– Report performance metrics to leadership

🎯 Key Requirements

– 7–12 years of experience in enterprise technology / SaaS / solution sales

– Proven track record of achieving ₹10 Cr+ targets (historically)

– Strong experience in complex solution selling (IT / AI / CPaaS / SaaS)

– Ability to close large deals independently

– Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and long sales cycles

– Strong leadership and team-building capability

– Willingness to travel extensively across regions
