π Key Responsibilities
π° Sales & Revenue Management
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets
-Drive sales through site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
-Manage the entire sales cycle including follow-ups, bookings, and agreement execution
-Forecast performance and submit regular MIS reports
π₯ Team Leadership
-Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives
-Assign and monitor individual performance targets
-Conduct regular sales meetings and strategy discussions
-Improve team productivity and conversion ratios
π€ Client Relationship Management
-Build strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and brokers
-Handle negotiations, escalations, and final deal closures
-Ensure seamless customer experience from enquiry to post-sales support
π Channel Partner & Marketing Coordination
-Develop and manage channel partner networks
-Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and site events
-Provide insights on pricing trends, buyer behavior, and competition
π Compliance & Documentation
-Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
-Oversee documentation and agreement processes
-Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data
π Required Qualifications
-Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing specialization)
π Required Skills
-Proven experience in real estate sales leadership
-Strong negotiation and closing skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-CRM and MS Office proficiency
-Strong understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market
