📍 Location: Site Office / Experience Center – Bengaluru

🎓 Qualification: MBA (Preferred)

⏳ Experience: 1–3 Years

🛎️ Key Responsibilities

🏢 Front Office & Guest Management

-Welcome walk-in clients and channel partners professionally

-Ensure a warm and premium hospitality experience

-Maintain visitor records with accurate contact details

-Assign visitors to the appropriate sales representatives

📊 Lead Coordination & CRM Support

-Enter all walk-in and site visit details into CRM accurately

-Coordinate with internal teams for scheduled site visits

-Support the sales team in documentation and booking formalities

-Collect post-visit feedback from prospects

🚗 Site Visit Experience Management

-Coordinate project site tours and visitor assistance

-Ensure show units and presentation areas are ready for visits

-Maintain marketing collaterals and sales materials

-Ensure presentation equipment and displays are operational

🤝 Channel Partner Coordination

-Assist channel partners during client visits

-Record and tag partner details in CRM

-Share necessary project information and materials

📈 Reporting

-Prepare daily walk-in and site visit reports

-Maintain source-wise visitor analysis

-Track customer experience feedback

✅ Required Skills

– 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or real estate customer service

-Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)

-Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset

-Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel

-Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

⭐ Preferred Experience

-Exposure to premium residential projects

-Experience in the Bengaluru real estate market
