🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
– Oversee financial reporting, closures, and consolidation across entities
– Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
– Manage audits, filings, and regulatory submissions
– Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health
– Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks
– Support leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives
– Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
🎯 What We’re Looking For
– CA with significant experience in finance & accounting leadership roles
– Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and multi-entity environments
– Experience in infrastructure / project-based businesses preferred
– Hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills
