🔧 Key Responsibilities
– Develop and validate structural designs for precast elements (slabs, beams, columns, panels, etc.)
– Perform structural analysis and calculations using engineering tools
– Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
– Collaborate with architectural, detailing, and execution teams for seamless coordination
– Review drawings, reinforcement details, and technical specifications
🔹 Provide on-site technical support during manufacturing and installation
🔹 Contribute to design optimization and value engineering
🎯 Ideal Candidate
– Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
– 5+ years of experience in structural design
– Hands-on exposure to precast systems is essential
– Strong knowledge of RCC design and structural analysis tools (ETABS, SAFE, etc.)
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
