πΊοΈ Territory & Market Development
β Map outlet universe across GT, HORECA, pharmacy, institutional & quick commerce channels
β Identify and develop high-potential micro-markets
β Create and execute beat plans ensuring 100% outlet coverage
β Monitor and guide field sales team productivity
π Distributor Management
β Appoint and manage distributors across micro-territories
β Ensure DMS hygiene, stock availability, and zero stock-outs
β Drive sales team efficiency (van/feet-on-street productivity)
π Sales Execution
β Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
β Ensure product availability and SKU placement across outlets
β Drive trial to repeat conversion through retailer engagement & schemes
ποΈ Merchandising & Visibility
β Ensure strong in-store visibility in impulse zones (counters, cash points)
β Deploy and maintain POSM (danglers, trays, clip strips, etc.)
β Execute local activations and sampling drives
π Planning & Inventory
β Build SKU-wise demand forecasts
β Maintain optimal stock levels at distributor and retail points
β Minimize expiries, damages, and ensure timely claim closures
π Data & Reporting
β Track daily performance via SFA/DMS tools
β Generate weekly insights and action plans
β Monitor competitor activity and market trends
π€ Relationship & Compliance
β Maintain strong retailer and distributor relationships
β Ensure adherence to pricing policies and company guidelines
β Resolve market issues within defined timelines
