🎯 Sales & Closures

– Drive end-to-end sales from lead to closure

– Strong focus on deal closures and revenue generation

– Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

📞 Lead Management

– Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively

– Ensure high lead-to-sale conversion ratio

– Maintain strong follow-up discipline

🤝 Client Engagement

– Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property solutions

– Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations

– Ensure excellent customer experience

🎯 Key Requirements

– Strong experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

– Proven track record in closures & conversions

– Excellent follow-up and client handling skills

– Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

– Good communication and presentation skills
