🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🏢 Project Execution
– Manage end-to-end civil construction activities from planning to handover
– Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget
🏗️ Site Management
– Oversee site operations, including labor coordination and material planning
– Monitor construction quality and adherence to specifications
🔄 Coordination & Planning
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, project teams)
– Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
📊 Monitoring & Control
– Track project progress against defined milestones
– Identify risks and implement corrective actions
⚠️ Compliance & Safety
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
– Maintain adherence to building codes and regulatory norms
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
– 6–9 years of experience in civil construction / project management
– Strong understanding of construction practices, engineering principles, and site execution
– Experience in real estate or residential projects preferred
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
