– Ensure timely availability of materials aligned with project schedules

– Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
– Build and maintain a strong network across construction materials and services
– Develop long-term partnerships for cost and quality advantages
💰 Cost Optimization & Negotiation
– Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors
– Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality
– Monitor and control procurement budgets across projects
📊 Process, Compliance & Documentation
– Maintain audit-ready procurement records and documentation
– Implement transparent and compliant procurement practices
– Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
🔄 Cross-Functional Coordination
– Collaborate with Project, Stores, Finance, and Management teams
– Ensure seamless coordination for material planning and execution
– Provide updates on procurement status and risks
🎯 Key Requirements
– 15+ years of experience in real estate / construction procurement
– Proven experience handling large-scale procurement (₹10 Cr+ projects)
– Strong vendor network across steel, cement, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials
– Expertise in procurement planning, contract management, and cost control
– Strong understanding of supply chain and construction material lifecycle
