We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Data Analyst to transform customer conversation, transactional, and product usage data into actionable insights.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📈 Data Analysis & Insights
– Analyze customer interaction data (SMS, WhatsApp, chat) to identify trends and patterns
– Work with transactional & product usage datasets to uncover drop-offs and growth opportunities
– Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
📊 Reporting & Dashboarding
– Build and maintain business dashboards and reports using BI tools
– Develop funnel analytics (MQL → SQL → Revenue)
– Track campaign performance, engagement, and product adoption metrics
🤝 Business Collaboration
– Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Product teams
– Understand business problems and convert them into data models and frameworks
– Provide data-driven recommendations for revenue and growth
🧠 Data Management & Governance
– Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
– Identify data gaps, tracking issues, and improvement areas
– Work with large-scale datasets and maintain data integrity
🎯 Key Requirements
– 6–8 years of experience in data analytics / business analytics
– Strong expertise in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
– Experience in funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics
– Ability to convert raw data into business insights and recommendations
– Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
– Strong understanding of data quality and governance practices
🌟 Preferred Skills
– Experience in SaaS / CPaaS / CRM / Marketing Automation domains
– Exposure to customer engagement or conversational analytics
– Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
– Understanding of product analytics and growth frameworks
– Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills
