🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🌐 Business Development & Sales
– Generate leads through referrals, channel partners, digital & BTL activities
– Meet prospective customers to understand needs and drive conversions
– Achieve booking value and sales targets across launches and ongoing projects
🤝 Channel Partner Management
– Build and expand channel partner (CP) network in APAC markets
– Maintain strong relationships with brokers and international partners
– Drive investments through domestic and global CP ecosystem
🌏 NRI Market Focus
– Handle NRI clients across APAC, UAE, and Middle East markets
– Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) and long-term engagement
– Generate repeat business and referrals from existing NRI clients
📊 Market Strategy & Execution
– Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
– Develop and execute NRI sales strategy and expansion plans
– Track trends across international real estate investment markets
🏢 Customer Lifecycle Management
– Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, collections, and agreements
– Ensure smooth handover process in collaboration with CRM teams
– Act as a single point of contact for customer queries and support
🎯 Candidate Requirements
– 3–5 years of experience in NRI real estate sales
– Strong exposure to Chennai & Bangalore markets
– Experience handling APAC / Middle East clients
– MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes (preferred)
– Strong network with channel partners and brokers
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Willingness to travel internationally (APAC/Middle East)
