Senior Frontend Developer

๐ŸŽ“ Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or related field)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

๐ŸŽจ Frontend Development

– Design and build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI applications

– Develop modern interfaces using React and TypeScript

– Translate UX designs and product requirements into functional UI

๐Ÿง  Architecture & Optimization

– Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions

– Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability

– Implement best practices in state management and component design

๐Ÿค Collaboration

– Work closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams

– Participate in code reviews and design discussions

– Ensure alignment with business and user requirements

๐Ÿงช Testing & Quality

– Write and maintain automated frontend tests (unit, integration, UI)

– Ensure high-quality code through testing and validation

– Improve reliability using modern testing frameworks

โš™๏ธ Continuous Improvement

– Enhance development efficiency using modern tools, CI/CD, and automation

– Contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing

– Mentor junior developers and support team growth

๐ŸŽฏ Key Requirements

– Strong experience in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

– Expertise in frontend architecture and state management (Redux/Zustand etc.)

– Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Node.js)

– Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration

– Strong understanding of web performance optimization

– Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

– Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes

– Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

โญ Good to Have

– Experience with micro-frontend architecture

– Exposure to design systems (Material UI, Storybook)

– Familiarity with frontend monitoring tools
