๐ŸŽจ Frontend Development

โ€“ Design and build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI applications

โ€“ Develop modern interfaces using React and TypeScript

โ€“ Translate UX designs and product requirements into functional UI

๐Ÿง  Architecture & Optimization

โ€“ Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions

โ€“ Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability

โ€“ Implement best practices in state management and component design

๐Ÿค Collaboration

โ€“ Work closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams

โ€“ Participate in code reviews and design discussions

โ€“ Ensure alignment with business and user requirements

๐Ÿงช Testing & Quality

โ€“ Write and maintain automated frontend tests (unit, integration, UI)

โ€“ Ensure high-quality code through testing and validation

โ€“ Improve reliability using modern testing frameworks

โš™๏ธ Continuous Improvement

โ€“ Enhance development efficiency using modern tools, CI/CD, and automation

โ€“ Contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing

โ€“ Mentor junior developers and support team growth

๐ŸŽฏ Key Requirements

โ€“ Strong experience in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

โ€“ Expertise in frontend architecture and state management (Redux/Zustand etc.)

โ€“ Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Node.js)

โ€“ Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration

โ€“ Strong understanding of web performance optimization

โ€“ Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

โ€“ Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes

โ€“ Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

โญ Good to Have

โ€“ Experience with micro-frontend architecture

โ€“ Exposure to design systems (Material UI, Storybook)

โ€“ Familiarity with frontend monitoring tools
