🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🤝 Front Desk Management

– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

– Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

– Handle visitor entries and maintain front desk records

📋 Administrative Support

– Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules

– Assist with basic administrative tasks and office coordination

– Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable

🎓 Requirements

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Presentable personality with a professional attitude

– Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
