📈 Sales & Revenue Generation

– Drive sales through channel partners and direct client engagement

– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

– Generate and convert leads into successful closures

🤝 Client & Channel Management

– Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients

– Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations

– Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle

📊 Market Expertise

– Leverage knowledge of Yamuna Expressway real estate market

– Track pricing trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns

– Identify new business opportunities in the region

🎯 Key Requirements

– Proven experience in real estate sales (channel + direct)

– Strong closing and negotiation skills

– Prior experience in Yamuna Expressway property sales (mandatory preference)

– Excellent communication and relationship management skills
