π’ Campaign Management & Optimization
-Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across major digital platforms
-Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing
-Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and performance measurement tools
-Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve results
π Data Analytics & Reporting
-Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and improvement areas
-Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
-Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
-Convert data insights into actionable improvements
π° Budget & Performance Tracking
-Support planning and allocation of marketing budgets
-Monitor campaign spending and performance regularly
-Recommend budget adjustments to improve results
π Market & Trend Analysis
-Track competitor activities and marketing trends
-Identify new opportunities for campaign improvement
-Stay updated with digital marketing tools and platform changes
π€ Cross-Team Collaboration
-Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign assets
-Provide inputs to improve landing page performance
-Work closely with stakeholders to improve lead conversion
π§© Requirements
β 3β5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
-Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
