Relationship Manager – Sales

📍 Location: North Bangalore

💼 Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

-Present residential projects to prospective customers

-Generate and manage leads through direct sales and channel partners

-Conduct site visits and assist customers during property evaluations

-Support customers throughout the buying process

-Participate in sales events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities

-Achieve monthly sales targets

-Maintain regular sales reports and updates

-Assist customers with basic information on pricing and buying processes

🧩 Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales

-Experience in residential property sales preferred

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Good understanding of local market geography

-Willingness to travel as required

-Ability to meet sales targets consistently

🎓 Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

🌐 Skills

-Customer relationship management

-Sales and negotiation

-Lead generation and conversion

-Target-driven approach

-Multilingual communication preferred (English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu)
