๐Ÿ“Œ Key Duties & Responsibilities

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Manpower Planning & Budgeting

-Plan and forecast manpower requirements for assigned units in line with business needs and budgets.

-Ensure timely recruitment and smooth onboarding in coordination with Head Office HR and recruitment partners.

-Monitor manpower costs and optimize workforce utilization.

๐Ÿงพ Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

-Oversee accurate attendance management for on-roll and outsourced employees.

-Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll inputs.

-Review duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave records to ensure operational coverage.

๐Ÿ”„ Employee Life Cycle Management

-Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including induction, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.

-Ensure proper documentation for confirmations, resignations, and full & final settlements.

-Maintain updated employee records and personnel files.

๐Ÿค Employee Relations & Discipline

-Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.

-Ensure fair and timely resolution of employee issues.

-Monitor discipline and attendance and initiate corrective actions when required.

-Handle cases related to misconduct and policy violations.

๐ŸŽ“ Training & Employee Engagement

-Conduct induction programs for new employees.

-Support training and development initiatives.

-Drive engagement and employee welfare activities.

-Implement initiatives to improve retention and morale.

โš–๏ธ Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

-Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

-Maintain statutory registers and records.

-Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities when required.

๐Ÿข Administration & Asset Management

-Manage issuance and recovery of employee assets such as ID cards and uniforms.

-Provide HR administrative support to regional operations.

-Ensure proper asset recovery during employee exit.

๐Ÿ“Š Reporting & Documentation

-Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.

-Track attrition, attendance, and workforce trends.

-Maintain confidentiality of HR records.

๐Ÿ“ข Communication & Governance

-Promote professional communication standards.

-Ensure adherence to policies and organizational hierarchy.

-Act as a bridge between management and employees.

-Promote ethical practices and HR best standards.
