π Key Responsibilities
π Project Planning & Feasibility
-Conduct site surveys and support feasibility assessments for new project locations.
-Prepare preliminary project reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
-Develop project schedules and work breakdown structures to meet delivery timelines.
π’ Consultant & Vendor Management
-Identify and onboard consultants and contractors within approved budgets.
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
-Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
π οΈ Design & Technical Coordination
-Review design drawings and technical documentation including:
Architectural layouts
Electrical systems
HVAC systems
Plumbing systems
Fire protection systems
Low-voltage systems
-Validate construction drawings prior to site execution.
-Coordinate with technical vendors for specialized installations.
π§ Project Execution
-Manage projects from initiation to completion.
-Monitor daily progress and track project milestones.
-Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
-Conduct regular site inspections.
π Monitoring & Reporting
-Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders.
-Maintain project documentation and meeting records.
-Prepare periodic progress reports.
π§ Quality & Compliance
-Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
-Monitor quality standards and testing procedures.
-Review inspection reports and certifications.
β Project Closure
-Ensure completion and closure of snag items.
-Support project handover to operations teams.
-Maintain final documentation including as-built drawings.
-Provide post-completion support when required.
π Qualifications
Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
πΌ Experience
-Experience in managing commercial or infrastructure projects.
-Exposure to civil works, interiors, and MEP services preferred.
-Experience in multi-site project coordination is an advantage.
