🛡️ Security & Safety Operations
-Develop and implement security and safety policies and procedures.
-Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement corrective measures.
-Maintain hazard registers and track closure of safety issues.
-Ensure safety standards across facilities.
🎥 Surveillance & Access Control
-Oversee CCTV systems, alarms, and surveillance infrastructure.
-Ensure proper monitoring and data storage practices.
-Maintain controlled access for employees and visitors.
-Strengthen security during high-footfall periods and special events.
🤝 Vendor & Cost Management
-Manage security agencies and service providers.
-Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
-Control security budgets and expenses.
-Verify and approve vendor invoices.
🔥 Safety Infrastructure
-Ensure inspection and maintenance of:
Fire safety equipment
Alarm systems
Emergency lighting
Communication systems
-Maintain safety records and checklists.
