📝 Key Responsibilities

🔎 Talent Acquisition

-Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding

-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

-Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines

🌟 Employer Branding

-Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen employer brand positioning

-Drive recruitment campaigns and engagement strategies to attract quality talent

📊 Workforce Planning

-Partner with department heads to assess manpower needs

-Plan hiring strategies aligned with business growth

🤝 HR Business Partnering

-Act as an HR advisor to business units

-Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management

-Resolve workplace concerns and ensure a positive work environment

📈 Performance & Engagement

-Support performance appraisal processes

-Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and morale

-Assist in implementing HR best practices across departments

🎓 Training & Development

-Identify training needs in coordination with leadership

-Facilitate learning and development programs

⚖ Compliance & Reporting

-Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations

-Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic HR reports

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

– 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles

-Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred

-Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Good analytical ability with experience in HR metrics reporting

-Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
