📌 Key Responsibilities
-Lead project funding activities including construction finance, project loans, and working capital
-Independently manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and financial institutions
-Handle end-to-end loan documentation, CP/CS compliance, and disbursement processes
-Ensure timely fund drawdowns aligned with project milestones
-Prepare and manage project cash flows, feasibility reports, and funding MIS
-Coordinate with valuers, legal teams, auditors, trustees, and insurance partners
-Support accounts management, books finalisation, and taxation activities
-Oversee RERA-related financial compliance and reporting
-Provide accurate financial insights to support funding and business decisions
🎯 Skills & Experience Required
– 4–12 years of experience in real estate funding / project finance
-Strong exposure to lender coordination and structured financing
-Good understanding of cash flow management and feasibility analysis
-Experience handling compliance documentation and financial MIS
-Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
