What We’re Looking For
• 5–12 years of hands-on experience in a home furnishing export house
• Strong understanding of contemporary home textile design and global trends
• Experience designing products such as cushions, throws, bedding, table linen, curtains and soft furnishings
• Strong portfolio reflecting modern, clean and commercially relevant design aesthetics
• Excellent knowledge of CAD and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software
• Understanding of fabrics, weaves, colours, textures, prints and embellishment techniques
• Knowledge of digital, screen, rotary and block printing processes
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Good communication skills for working with international buyers
