What we’re looking for :
- 12–15 years of overall experience in architectural design and project execution
- 8+ years of experience handling high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong experience with large-scale real estate developments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
- Strong understanding of design development and project execution
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of approvals, statutory requirements, and compliance
- Ability to manage quality, timelines, resources, and project deliverables
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
