What we’re looking for :
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend/full-stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
- Experience with Express, NestJS, or Fastify
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of MongoDB
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices
- Familiarity with Authentication & Authorization
- Working knowledge of React.js
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
- Experience working in a product-based technology environment
- Comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Indore
