What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in a senior production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to the building materials, construction products, cement, concrete, mortar, or related manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, quality systems, and operational excellence.
- Experience leading large production teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
- Ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing plant environment.

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
