- Ability to independently manage design assignments from concept through execution.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in reviewing layouts, master plans, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with site evaluation and project feasibility assessments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
What You’ll Bring :
- Hands-on experience with residential apartment and villa projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
- A passion for delivering innovative and practical design solutions.
