What We’re Looking For :
- Lead the identification and evaluation of land opportunities for residential projects.
- Conduct market research to assess development potential and investment viability.
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Drive commercial negotiations and support transaction closures.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams during due diligence.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Monitor market trends and identify strategic land acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure timely execution of acquisition activities while meeting business objectives.
What You’ll Bring :
- 10–16 years of experience in land acquisition within the residential real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring land parcels.
- Hands-on exposure to land due diligence, title verification, and transaction processes.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations, approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously.
