- 8–12 years of housekeeping experience within hotels, clubs, resorts, or premium hospitality environments.
- Previous experience leading housekeeping teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and service excellence.
- Experience managing inventories, vendors, and operational budgets.
- Knowledge of health, hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality management systems is an advantage.
