What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience managing commercial interior fit-out, workplace design, construction, or turnkey project execution.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate office, commercial, or workplace infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, BOQ preparation, procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Hands-on experience using project and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing project profitability and client expectations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
