What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, VLSI, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in RFIC or Analog IC Design within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong expertise in RF circuit design using CMOS technology.
- Experience designing wireless communication circuits for low-power applications.
- Solid understanding of RF concepts including noise, gain, impedance matching, linearity, stability, and frequency planning.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Spectre, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of RF measurement techniques, simulation methodologies, and silicon validation.
- Strong analytical thinking and debugging capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
