What we’re looking for :
- Manage F&B operations across multiple properties
- Standardize menus, recipes, and costing for profitability
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory control
- Lead product development, trials, and menu innovation
- Coordinate new store openings and kitchen readiness
- Partner with procurement for vendor sourcing and negotiations
- Align with marketing for menu creatives and promotions
- Support POS/KDS implementation and recipe mapping
What you’ll bring :
- Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) preferred
- 6+ years of hospitality/QSR experience, including 2+ years as Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef
- Exposure to multi‑property operations and reputed 5‑star brands
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills
