Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Food & Beverage

What we’re looking for :

  • Manage F&B operations across multiple properties
  • Standardize menus, recipes, and costing for profitability
  • Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory control
  • Lead product development, trials, and menu innovation
  • Coordinate new store openings and kitchen readiness
  • Partner with procurement for vendor sourcing and negotiations
  • Align with marketing for menu creatives and promotions
  • Support POS/KDS implementation and recipe mapping

What you’ll bring :

  • Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) preferred
  • 6+ years of hospitality/QSR experience, including 2+ years as Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef
  • Exposure to multi‑property operations and reputed 5‑star brands
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills
